Our clients in Elmhurst were looking to update their existing kitchen and engaged in conversations early about what could be done while keeping most of the cabinets.

We worked with them to devise a plan that allowed for a more open layout to connect the kitchen to the dining room. We removed the upper cabinets over the peninsula and refaced the remaining cabinets with shaker doors and drawer fronts. Our clients also opted to change out the countertops and backsplash to finish the update.
